This Spectera Vision Plan is based on a network of
vision professionals.

Plan Features

The following benefits are available once every 12 months at United Optical facilities:

• One complete vision examination.
• One pair of clear single vision or standard multi-focal lenses.
• A frame from the fashionable covered selection of 200 high quality frames.
• In lieu of lenses and a frame, standard contact lenses are available at no charge.   A $100 allowance will be applied toward the purchase of non-standard contact lenses.

The following benefits are available once every 12 months at a participating provider's office:

• One complete vision examination.
• One pair of clear single vision or standard multifocal lenses.
• A frame from the fashionable covered selection of 72 high quality frames.
• In lieu of lenses and a frame, a $100 allowance will be applied toward contact lens examination and materials.

Should you select a frame not in the covered selection, you will be charged the wholesale cost of the frame plus $10.

Similarly, should you select items not covered by the program, such as tints, photo-gray or progressive lenses, there will be an additional charge.  However, please note that the charge for these optional items is below retail cost.

To chose a participating provider near you, call Spectera  toll free at (800) 839-3242 and follow the voice prompts.  After you have selected a provider, simply call the office and make an appointment.

Please note that you must use a United optical facility if there is one located within 10 miles.
