As a member of the Greater Capital Area Association of REALTORS you have access to
a Special Package of insurance benefits. Membership also makes
available to you other products and services offered by Benefit Choices, Inc. You

Call for assistance in choosing the
right plan for you if...
- You are a new GCAAR member.
- You have a change in status that causes you or your dependents to
lose eligibility for other coverage. You have 30 days from the change in status to
enroll in GCAAR benefits. In general, a change in status includes:
- Change in legal Marital status - Marriage, divorce, death of a
spouse, legal separation.
- Change in number of dependents - birth, adoption.
- Change in employment status - termination of employment.
- Creation of a new Business Entity.
PLEASE NOTE: You will want
to select the rates based on where you reside (DC or MD).
